player cap update

Hi friends, in case you don't have the game plurk followed, as of now there will be no more player cap, but applications will be by invitation only. Players must pass AC for at least one month before they are able to extend invites, and they may invite one new player each month.

The applications and other related pages have been updated to reflect this.
