So Jiro and Papyrus checked out the cemetery and found that bell in the adjacent building. It didn't have any automation, but it did have a clear rope for making it ring.

Under the impression that the bell summoned the murder dogs, they're stealing the bell and rolling it back to town. This will definitely not cause any problems down the line.

Also, they did a little digging and temporarily uncovered the train conductor's face - just long enough to see this was a fresh corpse, before reburying him. Hope that doesn't cause any problems!!

Kotetsu and Barnaby explored outside the train en route to town, establishing that off the tracks was a sheer drop/cliff edge, it was pretty much impossible to see any of their surroundings, and when Barnaby used his super speed to get ahead of the train, there were tracks leading in other directions but no switches to get the train to change course.

Ultimately, the two of them wound up jumping in front of the train to slow it to a stop using their powers, at which point the town began to materialise and the train was able to arrive in the station without crashing.

Several characters have received weird pieces of a single letter written in ROT13 cipher. ICly they are being collected here

OOCly I overlayed all of them and got this. Put through a ROT13 translator we get the following: "gather at the cemetary on the cusp of the eve and the lord's day in prayer for the safe return of the denizens of this world and those of beyond"

Current belief is that this means to gather on Sunday evening to do this thing. It took a while to ICly find someone who knew what Christianity is, but it's okay it's fine.

Slides in here because I figured it was Saturday night as "the cusp" being the edge of where "the eve and the lord's day" meet.

Yeah, that's the other option, whether it's [the cusp of the eve] and [the lord's day], in which case it would be Sunday evening, or [the cusp of the eve and the lord's day]. Is Saturday referred to as the eve?

Idk, I just thought it meant "evening", and so before Sunday. Someone will have to ICly decide what it means and pick a day, lmao.

Rinne and Hiiro (umurice) dug up the graveyard while looking for a place to bury Jay the train conductor, which disturbed the dead there! So you could say they let the dogs out.

Mayoi has given blood! He does not trust this even remotely but if he does this then Hiiro won’t have to. Why care about your own preservation when you can be self destructive for your loved ones instead!

Sans has not registered. Your gooey blood jar is weird. He'll probably read the network over Papyrus's shoulder though.

Dimos gave 'blood'! It probably dried weirdly over all the blood jelly, and there's now a weird layer that matches his scars. Gross!!

He gets a cellphone. His network username is Pierrot.

Rinne doesn't trust the blood jar at all, but he has registered with the town. He lends his phone to Niki sometimes if need be.

His network username is AMAGIBIGDICK69 in all caps. It's still a dick joke if you think about it.

Papyrus has given blood, somehow. Don't question the details too much.

His network username is surprisingly not in capslock, being CoolSkeleton95 - but don't worry, his texting will be capslock enough to make up for it.

He does have his own cell phone, which runs on magic, so maybe that'll work with other phones besides his brother's...?

Mayoi beat him to the blood donation because he stared at it warily for too long so no, he isn't registered. He borrows it or goes with Mayoi/Rinne if he needs to go out.
